Choya~~

I've always love drinking Choya Umeshu. Not sure if u guys know wad it is, but its one of the best liquor ever...to me. LOL. This 2 days, i've been eating at Shokudo Bugis and thanks to Med's treat, i got to eat Shokudo's Grilled Curry Chicken Omelette rice. Its superb, apart from the costly price... alrite...omelette aside, i den happen to see Choya Umeshu Soda on the menu, and the picture looks very delicious. So i went to research on Choya's drinking method...well..i was surprised...

Choya on the Rocks
Chill your favorite glass or mug and fill it to the brim with ice. Pour in UME-fruit liqueur and stir well. The UME-fruit liqueur acclimatizes to the ice bringing out the UME rich aroma. The ice and glass bring out the UME-fruit liqueur’s rich tone and delicious taste making this a simple yet luxurious way of enjoying it.

Choya Soda
Put ice and UME-fruit liqueur in a big glass, pour in a proportional amount of soda and there you have it! The sparkling ice will stir up the delicious taste of the brandy for a refreshing drink.

Choya Fruits
Put one part UME-fruit liqueur and two parts of your favorite 100% pure fruit juice into an ice filled glass and stir well. Garnish the glass with some fresh fruit sliced or whole and you’re done!

Choya Sports Drink
Put any desired proportion of UME-fruit liqueur and your favorite sports drink together in an ice filled glass and stir well. This makes for a clear, crisp taste that will leave you truly refreshed.

Choya Crushed ice
Pour in UME-fruit liqueur in a glass filled with finely crushed ice and there you go! Both the UME-fruit liqueur and the ice can be enjoyed together.

Choya Beer
Put two parts UME-fruit liqueur and five parts well-chilled beer in a tall glass and stir gently. This makes for a refreshing taste perfect as a summertime beer cocktail.Put one part UME-fruit liqueur and two parts soda in an ice filled glass and stir well. Then add in mint leaves or other herbs as well as your favorite fresh citrus fruit for a delicious beverage.

Choya Herb Tea
Put one part UME-fruit liqueur and two parts soda in an ice filled glass and stir well. Then add in mint leaves or other herbs as well as your favorite fresh citrus fruit for a delicious beverage.

Choya Red Wine
Put two parts warmed red wine and one part UME-fruit liqueur in a glass and stir well using cinnamon sticks. This will make the perfect drink for those long autumn nights. This also works well with chilled red wine.

Choya Royal
Put equal amounts of UME-fruit liqueur and champagne or sparkling wine in a glass filled with crushed ice and stir gently. This makes a zingy, classy cocktail.

Choya Tea
Put any desired amount of UME-fruit liqueur in warm tea that is just a bit dark and stir well. The UME-fruit liqueur’s sweetness and aroma bring out the tea’s flavor and leave you with a warm, comfortable feeling inside.
